Any a y'all know what happened with her and his daughter? I just heard she was in the burn unit in Augusta with severe burns. A friend of mine talked to Ray and he is really upset, as you can imagine... Prayers sent

I haven't heard anything about it but if she is here it probably isn't good.

No one seems to have reported the details, only that his daughter has some second degree burns and his granddaughter is in the burn unit.

Hey.. also heard Frank Orgel is in hospice care at his home in Auburn.. now has dementia on top of the Lou Gehrig's. He's quite a handful as big as he is and has too be picked up to be moved. Wiggins and I went to see him about a years ago and he was ok then but sure not the case now.. Sarah deserves a place in heaven for taking care of him the last 20 years or so..

Hate hearing that about Frank too! I remember when Y'all went down there to visit him. I think he even came to Stan Gann's funeral but i could be wrong about that. Thanks for the updates.

Dementia is a disease that i rank right up there with cancer as things that can go Fock themselves.

Hate to hear that about Ray and Hate to hear about his Daughter/Grandkid as well.

I hate to hear this. Played softball with Ray BITD. One of the nicest guys that I have ever met. Ray was beaten to death running that Houston veer and never complained and would hop back up and run the same play all over again. . He could barely brush his hair his senior year.  Damn CTE.

I will be praying for Ray and his family.

ALS has got to be a disease brought about by Satan himself.  Just a horrible disease.  And to add dementia to it???  Really??  I absolutely believe in the sanctity of life, but if that ever took me over, I’d allow my wife to just end my life for me.
