The next iteration of press boxes will be the play by play guys in a studio setting watching the game on monitors. They won't even be in the stadium.

Another sign, IMO, of the collapse of college football traditions. Moving the press box to corners and end zones. What a crock

Money talks, play by play guys walk. On the other hand, I'm guessing the money they get from the TV contracts is a major part of the operating revenue.
