‘Tis already dead as we’ve known it.  Will the impending changes kill it off completely?  Only time will tell.  I enjoy watching the dawgs play, but certainly have far less interest in wrapping up my whole Saturday watching various teams.  Maybe it’s age, maturation, family, or general unhappiness with the product, but the lack of widespread interest has grown over the years.

I'm with you Griff.  I pretty much watch the Dawgs play and that is it on Saturdays now and that is if our game is an away game.  I enjoy going to Athens for the game day experience but the schedule lately has been filled with so many horrible home games that watching the actual game has become sort of a secondary motivation for the trip.  If our game is late I go hunting or fishing or do something I enjoy all day and get home in time to watch our game.  If the game is early and it isn't a "big" game, I sometimes catch the first quarter or so on the radio and focus on seeing the second half on tv.

With the Youtube replays with no commercials and no time outs or reviews of calls that come out on Tuesdays or so, I can watch every play in a little over an hour.  I have very little interest in watching a pro team with college naming rights play so I'm sure my days are very limited.

Outside of bowl games/championship/playoffs, I can’t tell you the last time I watched a game live from beginning to end. I’m usually corching my son’s soccer games, on a camping trip, etc. I record it and watch without commercials, as you said. That said, these are the glory days of our program, so I do enjoy that.
