Not really.  There were some bleachers out there along the third base line, behind the bullpen, and the new bleachers they added at an angle might be smaller, but they probably make up the difference in whatever that building has.  They'll probably put some premium (priced, not view) seating in there and the area next to the new bullpen will increase SRO capacity.  It looks like they plan to extend the awning over the main stands, unless that's just a screwup by the CAD.
