Georgia's 2024 cross country schedule has been released, according to an announcement from Bulldog cross country coach
Adam Tribble. The slate includes three regular season stops before the postseason begins with the Southeastern Conference Championship on Nov. 1. This will mark Tribble's debut as the new head cross country coach. He was a captain and an All-Region performer for Georgia before graduating in 2002. In 2023, the Bulldog men were 10th at the SEC Championship and 13th at the NCAA South Regional. The Lady Bulldogs took 14th and 17th, respectively, at their pair of postseason meets.
5th year senior swimmer
Luca Urlando qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics following an injury that derailed his collegiate career. Following a record setting sophomore year, Urlando dislocated his shoulder and ended his junior season. After an 18-month rehabilitation, Urlando, under the tutelage of former head coach Jack Bauerle and current head coach Neil Versfeld, completed his comeback and qualified for the Olympics.
