Dang that map looks nasty for Savannah and Southeast Ga. That much rain will be devastating for all the cotton crop there.
Godspeed to you my friend. My business covers Bulloch, Candler and Emanuel counties. They look like they will be slammed hard down there. Schools will probably be closed all week and with all the dirt roads , creeks and swamps in rural southeast Georgia there will be plenty of folks that will be stranded for a while. if Debby's course holds. We are right on the edge of the system down here in South Central Georgia. A wobble here and there and we could be in the 8+ inch range, Just had lightning take out one of my HVAC a couple of weeks ago and had storm damage that caused my roof to be replaced last year. State Farm paid about $60k for both of those claims. Grateful to have a good home owners policy, but don't know what the future holds with these $$$$ claims.
