On Monday, what is the final score iyo?
I’ma go with 35-17, good guys win with the taters scoring 10 in the fourth to give the toothless ones some smattering of hope.

But at least the week is here. The week we’ve been waiting for since January.

31-14 Dawgs for the win. Frazier looks great. Delp delivers. Bell gets his. Kirby goes home furious and claims we are not what he would call a team yet,
LOTS of things to work on and glad to get out with a win.

Nope. I think it is close and low scoring. 17-10 end of third, clemmers get a fg to cut it to 17-13 and Georgia drives for a late td to put it away.
Bobo goes into a cocoon playing conservative because it is the first game of the season.

I think Dawgs win, but I also think the margin of victory will be narrower than we'd like to see. We still haven't really shaken our run of bad games in Atlanta's pro stadium, mostly in the GA Dome. While we're 6-3 in the Benz, 4 of those wins came in a kickoff game or in a bowl/playoff game. We only really looked dominant against Oregon in 2022, when our margin of victory was 46 points.
Our peach bowl wins at the Benz had a combined margin of victory of 4 points. Our SEC wins were better with a combined margin of 41, but that's after a season of gelling and experience against SEC opponents.
No doubt we have superior talent, but I worry that Bobo is going to screw some shit up after his first scripted series.
And Beck is still spending his free time with that Cavinder twin, so his mind might wander.

Always hard to have a barometer on the first game of the season. But, we have leadership on this team that was probably lacking a year ago. This team has 7-8 dudes that are Jrs or Snrs that not only can play, but, have an edge about them as well.
Having said that, I think this game shouldn't really be that close...I'm thinking 42-17 with them possibly adding a late score to make it 42-24. We are breaking in a few positions that could lead to a big play or two.
Always a chance they get a cheap one or two early and things go sideways in a game like this. I believe we have the leadership to weather it if it happens. Everyone is expecting points, so, it could end up 20-13 or something really crazy.
We have speed where it matters and that always helps. We also have depth in the trenches...not as much on DL, (missing a couple)...but, we should be good. We also have crazy depth at TE which will lead to them having to pick their poison on defense. Lastly, may be the biggest coming out party for a RB in a LONG time. Gonna be a long week.

When you are playing top 10 type teams, 6-3 is pretty damn good.

Great take - leadership should be very strong this season. Everyone has a tough schedule and we will need that. I hope we break their will in this game. 38-20, Dawgs on top.

My heart says 34-13 but, my head says much closer. But, a win.

I always go full Larry for the first game. Good news is that you know these guys got moxy unlike the old CMR daze. so if they do start off slow, they'll get it together.
CMR teams crumbled if they got punched in the mouth.
