I thought it was 3 times. Once in first half, their fg drive and the late fourth drive that ended when they turned it over on downs.

Keeping a team out of your end of the field like that is impressive.

The D is so big and so fast. This is probably the most athletic group CKS has ever had on D. They ran down everything yesterday and laid wood all game long.

LBers will be household names at years end. MS24 is a freak of nature.  Could not believe it when he lined up at Star and shut down everything all game. His INT was supernatural. Hell, everybody thought Bolden would play Star and we were worried, if he could do it as a freshman. What does CKS do? He moves his AA Safety down to Star and he plays like an AA at Star. Bolden looked good at Safety, too. Jackson, too.  Another reason why in CKS, I trust.

Pissed me off bad when the tigger rb put that cheap shot on MW13. Amazing that you can be ejected for targeting
, but nothing happens to cheap shot blocking artists .

Had a couple of old tiggers in front of me yesterday. They were resigned to the fact that they would lose, but were very dejected that they could not put a TD on the board. Their last drive hurt the old guys. 1 of them looked at me and said our first string can't even score against your 2nd and 3rd team. He told me that loss in Charlotte killed their soul and he hates to admit it, but UGA has passed them and lapped them.

Outside of a few years when Watson and Lawrence were at Clemson Georgia has always been ahead of Clemson.  Some years we were far ahead and some barely ahead.  Now, we are so far ahead of them they can't see us.

NIL was the death knell for Clemson and Auburn.  They were always as good as they were because they cheated like no one else.  NIL shut down their ability to pull top players.

It was always amazing to me that Clempson was able to cheat and buy players with IPTAY for as long as they did and never get caught. My brother worked in Saluda in the 70s when IPTAY began. The guys that worked at his plant and the other mills/plants in SC were knee deep in it. 1 up in Thomson was, too.  Had two HS buddies that played over there in the late 70s and early 80s. It was pretty shameless with 1 of them. He was an all state TE and may have been all ACC for a season. They took very good care of him and everybody in south Augusta knew about it. The money was funneled through North Augusta to him. He was involved in the recruiting of HW32 and was going to be his roommate at Clempson. He told everyone that would listen what they were throwing at HW.He and They really thought they had him bought. They got by with the same stuff for ~40 years.

Same with Auburn. Knew a couple of Pat Dye's nephews, same story as with Clempson. Shameless.

(Not saying we were squeaky clean or lily white, but the NCAA hated Vince the Prince and let Jan Kemp and the AJC do their dirty work for them)

NIL puts all the money above aboard now. They have lost the arms race. Dabo and the Aubbies are second tier now. Don't have the $$$$ to keep up. We have "broke them" in so many ways. Both are now basketball schools. Easy to pay big $$$$$ to 4 or 5 guys to win a conference championship in basketball. South Carolina following the same script with women's basketball. It is so hilarious to me. Almost poetic.

Big Clemson booster in North Augusta was telling everyone about how he had spent $40,000 on HW and he was a lock to Clemson.  Owned an auto salvage business on Sand Bar Ferry.  He didn't try and hide any of it.
