It's almost like 8 years of media drumming that someone is a threat to the country is having an effect on some people.

Cops said it wasn't true. Just a social media rumor. Who knows...

Now they are saying it was a training exercise for bomb sniffing dogs. Hmmm. In spite of the person fleeing the scene.
