There's smoke around my neck of the woods in the Johns Creek area, even down in to Brookhaven and Buckhead.  Last I heard, they haven't even announced what the chemical was that was burning.

Yes.  There is definitely chlorine involved.  I can smell it.

There's something else involved though.  They said the fire started because water leaking from a sprinkler system caused a chemical reaction.  I've never heard of chlorine causing that kind of reaction.

Seems like that plant has something bad happen very few years. Fire chief said it was the 3rd major incident there in her 7 years with the department. But I have lived in Atlanta for 30+ years now and know there have been other fires there. Most be an OSHA inspectors nightmare

Yes.  The goats are sensitive to chlorine gas, apparently.

Rockdale County needs to, when the fire is out, for the health of the citizens, block rebuilding that plant.

I think Grayson's game at Newton Co had been rescheduled to be played at Grayson tonight because of the storm moving the date and then the fire moving the location.  I assume that means they can't play at Grayson tonight.

Chlorine and brake fluid can spontaneously ignite.
