Last night, Matt Loeffler’s is a TCU grad, has a ranch in Texas, owns a business there in Dallas…oh, and his son has two degrees from Texas.    Undergrad and Graduate.

I’m sorry…that’s a conflict of interest!!   He should not be reffing UT games.

There is zero chance of being impartial.   If you or you kid is a graduate of a school you should have to recuse yourself from those games.    Period.

The SEC, as the self described pinnacle of college football, needs to get the officiating fixed. Tenn/Bama having 26 penalties? Our game just completely butchered by officiating. And on and on. They need to ditch the hobby and insurance salesman refs and get some professionals. If “it just means more” then show it in the professionalism of the officials.

I think ALL teams that wish to be eligible for the 12 team playoff should contribute to a fund that pays, trains and holds to a very high standard, fulltime officials that would be dispersed nationally.
