If he has matured, he has the raw talent to be a valuable addition.

There's NO WAY in HELL I would waste any form of scholarship on Bear. Fool me once...these spots would only go to extrememely motivated players.
We need depth with reps...not someone looking for a reason to be a bitch and go home the second the game ain't to his liking. This college football is

Offer him a preferred walk on spot and no scholarship or NIL money until he proves he really wants to devote the time and effort to playing for Georgia.
