What Munson might say....Wreck Tech style
#1
If you are of a certain age, this is the biggest rivalry of the year.  Butts, Mehre, Dooley, vs. Heisman, Dodd, & Rogers. It’s the State University vs. the Trade School.  Dawgs vs. Tech.  Clean, Old-fashioned Hate.

The new breed of college fan might say there is not much riding on this game.  Georgia has already secured a spot in the Conference Championship game.  A win there gets them in the playoff regardless of the outcome Friday.  But ask Tech if a loss to Georgia when you have already secured a conference championship game matters.  If you don’t think it matters, try losing this game.  This game will kick you right in the teeth in a split second if you let it.

Brent Key has brought a renewed excitement to the people of North Avenue.  Tech had one of the best offensive game plans the Dawgs saw last year, and I would expect more of the same this week.
Georgia’s offense has been much improved
the last few weeks.  This would be a bad time to have a turnover relapse.  The talent gap should be enough to see Georgia through this week, but you never take a rivalry for granted.  How did the talent gap work out for Bama and Ole Miss last game?

Dawgs will need that night crowd that gave such a huge spark against Tennessee to hunker down and make it happen again.  Bonkers.  We need absolute mayhem and pandemonium from the fans.  With all due respect to the coaches and players, I’d happily accept better tackling this week as well.  Go Dawgs!

You aren't kidding about the tackling. UMass game looked like the Kentucky game for tackling.
