Right, he would be going from starter to second string, possibly third string, whereas he might have a chance to start at USC (though looks like their backup did great in the bowl game).

Pugsley is the new Jake Fromm, scaring off qbs left and right.

i think he would have started after Beck left.

But Stockton has another full year to grow into the starting position, this season getting a good bit more meaningful reps as the primary backup to Beck.

CKS wants 4 QBs and the fact that he went after a vet with game experience tells you all you need to know.

We are an injury away from a pretty rough situation as things sit right now.
