when did Bobo become the HC?

I look at 3 of these games as a problem for us (Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas) without knowing much about what Tennessee has for offense next season or what to expect out of Alabama with a new starting QB who is probably pretty good. ESPN has already put their stamp on the Alabama game as the biggest of the season, so they must think a lot of Simmons at QB. I tend to think our blockbuster game will end up being the Texas game.
Auburn is close despite their 2024 season results, and if King is able to stay healthy at Tech, they may be close too. We have to learn to stop overlooking them. I also don't know anything about what Ole Miss is doing at QB. I look at that game last year as a fluke and we're going to return that favor last season when they come to Athens.

I hate saying this but UF and AU will be much improved. Especially UF with Lagway.

Maybe a 7-5 season is what it will take to wake Kirby up and make him get rid of Bobo and Searles? Another 10-2 "IF ONLY" CMResque season might be the worst thing that could happen to the long term fortunes of Georgia football.

I see the same results as last year, another tough schedule for sure. Breaking in a new QB won't help things. I think the days of going undefeated in College Football are pretty much over...

This is the first year heading into a season where my expectations are down. I see this as a true rebuild. The lack of experience and depth on the OL and DL scare the crap out of me. That's before we talk about the WR's dropping the ball and breaking in a new QB. I don't think the position coaching deficiencies have been addressed either. I think if we are better ending the year than starting, it was a successful year. I could see a 7-5 season just as easy as 10-2.
