Red flag for Beck - yes.

If the writer means a red flag for UGA - one mediocre, prim donna, has-been, leaving because he saw the writing on the wall (sitting the bench next year) - no.

That is how I read the article.  It sounds like the NFL guy sees Beck leaving Georgia as a red flag for Beck.

Beck appears to be an emotional wreck to me. Lad's got mommie dearest issues, IMO. Tracy cracks the whip, and Carson makes the trip, IMO.

He is borderline out to lunch and female-dominated, just a guess of course. I lost my license to practice psychiatry in Georgia.

I could be wrong about all this--but that might not be the way to wager at The Hard Crock Casino.

That’s exactly what it said…I’ve always thought it strange,  but walk a mile in his shoes…

I'm thinking last season had to be eye opening for Beck.  He might have realized he isn't as good as he thought he was and a new place where the competition wasn't SEC caliber all season will give him a chance to look better for the draft next year.  I'm sure we'll never know but Kirby might have let him know he was not a lock as starter any more and/or the NIL money in Athens might have been about to seriously dry up.

Whatever the reason, I think Beck and Georgia are both going to be better off separated from each other.
