Good idea, what about these?

If you are arrested, you have to refund all NIL money because your "brand" is now damaged.
If you are injured, you lose a pro rata share of your NIL money based on the games you miss because your appeal is diminished due to not playing and being a fan favorite.
If you sit out of any game for any reason or otherwise quit the team before the last game for any reason other than injury you have to refund all NIL money.
