Ribs went on the smoker about 11:45 this morning.

It was two 6.5 lb racks of ribs in the package, not one 13 lb rack.
They still fit on the smoker with a couple of inches to spare.

Flipped at 1:30 and will be wrapped about 3:00.
Should come off the heat about 5:00 and ready to eat between 5:30 & 6:00

Looks good…what rub did you use & how did they turn out?

Wanted to do ribs but for the annual get together with friends they asked for chicken wings to go with the hamburgers & hotdogs, so managed to smoke & grill 50 wings…will have a few left for lunch tomorrow. Wings & ribs are always better the next day anyway IMO.

Here's what a done rack looked liked after Mrs. Roga loaded about half of it on our plates.
