LOL; 8th grade JC had a shirt similar to C. I thought I was the cat's meow at the Spring dance in the gym.

Amen Brother!  Beginning of the school year I got 4 new pair of toughskins!   Usually, blue, green, brown and red.     Ugh!!   I hated those things.

We were a Sears and Belk's family.  The school clothes and general stuff came from Sears and the Sunday clothes and nice shoes came from Belk's at Daniel Village.  JB White's was occasionally in the mix for nicer stuff.

I begged my mother for two pimp shirts from Belk's that looked like the ones in the OP ad.  I was in 8th grade and I thought those acetate shirts were the coolest things ever.  I can't believe she bought them for me.
