Is there any indication anything is going to change on the O as far as coaching or play calling?  Bobo has been calling the exact same plays for almost 20 years, regardless of where he has been coaching.  He is still convinced the offenses he ran in the early 2000s will still work in spite of all the evidence to the contrary.  He isn't going to change now.

Kirby should have done whatever it took to hire Buster away from tech and make him OC.  Keep Bobo around to fetch Cokes and pick up the dry cleaning so Kirby's friend will have a job but get him far away from the offense.

I remember zone blocking from the Richt days.  It didn't work well then either.  What makes you think Bobo or Searles will change from it?
