Once watched one happen right in front of me but luckily wasn’t involved. Guy in the f250 ahead of me had a stroke or something and pulled right into an oncoming 18 wheeler. He was basically decapitated. God knows what my 911 call sounded like but I remember saying one deceased. It was a real shit show.
