For the first time in my life I had a conversation with someone this afternoon that is transitioning from a man to a woman…I’ve known him as mark, and is now transitioning and prefers to go by meg.  fwiw, I called him Mark.  The world is a f’d up place.

There was one at the Mill my dad worked at and they called it ‘The Thing’. No more macho place to do all that than a Paper Mill. I knew his son and felt horrible for the kid. His Dad flittin’ around with lipstick and blouses and getting surgeries and stuff. The kids Ma was out the picture so it was just a bad story all around for him and his brother.
