Not on my Chattanooga area Xfinity. In fact, they just made the Inspiration Channel, that played a lot of Western old TV shows and Western Movies a subscription only channel recently.

They make another channel subscription only just about every year to 18 months in my area.   I have at least a dozen less channels than I had when I first got Comcast Cable which became Xfinity over 20 years ago.  Most of those were ones I watched regularly.
