To Arch.  Had three years to get him ready for the big time.  Ain’t working out.  Still doesn’t understand basic QB principles like throwing from your ear hole. Ball above your shoulders when released.. some athletes can get away with the sidearm throw..aka Mahomes, only because he was a shortstop and an incredible athlete.  Kids want to copy that but don’t have the physical ability.. that’s Arch.
