Day six of this miserable sinus drainage and laryngitis.

Lost two singing bookings Friday & Sunday because of this junk. First time in over 15 years I've missed singing appointment due to vocal issues.

Doc gave me a Steroidal Inhaler, Steroidal Nasal spray, and a prescription strength allergy med Friday morning and they have have yet to make much difference.

Still coughing almost constantly and regularly hacking up nasty yellowish green lougies.

Started while I was singing Wednesday afternoon, I had to turn up my mic volume twice to finish. Two hours after finishing that program I had completely lost my voice and it's not back to even 25% 6 days later.

Gargling warm salt water 5 or 6 times a day eases the rawness in my throat, but hasn't brought back the voice.

I recommend the two hat method…hang a hat on your bedpost, drink BOURBON profusely until you see two hats, go to sleep, you’ll wake up feeling like a Daisy.
