Not bad, lower number could be better, under 80 is what most docs like.

Mine is usually in the range of 115-125 over 68-78 on my home BP tester.
Almost always about 5-10 points higher for both numbers at the doctor’s office.

Under 130/80 for both numbers is best. Also depends on if you are taking blood pressure meds and your overall health.

I'd trade mine for that. They start giving you crap at the doctor's office if its over 130 on the top number. Mine is usually about 135/90 even on medication.
