I remember a few years ago I was watching the GHSA championship games in the Dome.  When a North Georgia team made up of 90% white players played a Metro ATL team that was 100% black, I noticed a common thread among the announcers.

They always described the North Georgia team as "...this is a smart, well coached team" and the ATL team as "...this team is loaded with athletes at every position".
