TRD Re: Indian mounds. I just finished a book about Hernado de Soto that was a great read. He visited these indian villages that had the flat top mounds 1540-1542. He was a badass and killed a bunch. Kings of Spain, Warriors of the Sun by Charles Hudson. Free on Amazon.
