Holy cow! My lack of computer skills very evident today

One of the assisted living centers I sang for this week does all their payments by direct deposit and you have to sign up to their Vendor Supply Portal.   What they told me was a 10 to 15 minute process is now well into my 3 hour of frustration.

I'm either gonna get paid in a few days or find my checking account emptied out by some computer whiz at the corporation that runs the assisted living center.
