[/quote] ahh some good ideas there, I am trying to do the same but we can't seem to be consistent. Really a big part of that is just being lazy, but always enjoy it when we do make salads. Sometimes I grill up a bunch of chicken on the weekend and we use that to throw in salads. hadn't thought outside the box with tuna and steak though

While this thread started as a joke, I will say that I am eating more salads, and usually whatever protein I put on my salads during the week is leftover from weekend grilling, kind of like what you mentioned.

only one meal a day for us and it's a lean and green. We both have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks..
