Chicken, salmon, tuna, steak. Whatever we have.

ahh some good ideas there, I am trying to do the same but we can't seem to be consistent. Really a big part of that is just being lazy, but always enjoy it when we do make salads. Sometimes I grill up a bunch of chicken on the weekend and we use that to throw in salads. hadn't thought outside the box with tuna and steak though

While this thread started as a joke, I will say that I am eating more salads, and usually whatever protein I put on my salads during the week is leftover from weekend grilling, kind of like what you mentioned.

Keep it up and give yourself some grace, go slow getting back outside and on the trails. Every little bit counts!
