I got the flu for Christmas. Worst flu I think I've ever gotten because it lasted damn near 2 weeks. Never COVID positive, never even really had a fever until I went to urgent care and got tested for flu on the day of the Orange bowl. They gave me 5 scrips. I spent the first half of the game watching from bed, but by halftime, those drugs kicked in. That, and the great first half of UGA football had me back on my feet and never looking back.

Never got a flu shot this fall. Probably won't make that mistake again.

Update, i think it was altitude sickness…same symptoms. Took o2 and lived to tell the tale.
