... trouble she was having with (I think) her Mom somehow getting her hands on some prescription meds, even though Stace had done all she could to be sure her doctors knew to not prescribe anymore? Something got mentioned, and I don't remember what it was, but she took someone's advice and maybe 2-3 days later some place over in Gwinnett got busted for cranking out prescription pills? I remember that conversation... man, long time ago.
Ole' Stacey was a good one. I sure do hate to hear that she's been sick for such a long time, and of her passing.

Was Stace Dawg the younger of the mother daughter? Seems like I remember both posted. I can’t remember last week much less that long ago.

Yes, she was having some issues with her mother getting prescription medication which she shouldn't have been getting (as best as I can recall). Bless her heart, to have to deal with that. It couldn't have been too much longer after that when she must have fallen sick.

I haven't seen a truly definitive answer. Apparently, she became ill several years ago. I had connected with her on LinkedIn... gosh, years ago. I don't recall exactly when. I got a LinkedIn update email in July 2021 saying that it was the 3-year anniversary of her changing her employer to "Disability". She must have been sick for some time even prior to that to be officially on disability.
