This sort of sad story is the reason NIL had to come about and was the right thing to do. We all heard the stories of athletes not having enough to eat. This story brings that reality home.

We should all rest easier knowing the faux campus police are ever vigilant in stopping the theft of side items in campus dining halls.

I don't recall that incident, but just looked it up. WTF people. These daze you have people walking out of home depot with armful of power tools they didn't pay for. But the UGA police force is on top of this one...

Per article I found:

The order of hash browns was valued at $1.06.

The Red & Black reported that Shultis received a one-year ban from all eateries on campus, excluding locations that offer the university meal plan.

The soccer team must have seen it for what it was. She was "disciplined internally" and we then signed her sister to play for us a few years later, according to my googling.
