I've only ever stayed in a Hyatt Place in Albuquerque, just passing through each time.

I checked via Marriott Bonvoy... lots of locations in Albuquerque. I see that they have a Residence Inn... well, two Residence Inn locations, one being at/near the airport. I've always had good results in the small handful of Residence Inn locations where I have stayed. I guess it depends on what you're looking for in your stay, how long you plan to be there, etc.

I have never stayed in Oklahoma City. I've only ever passed through. All I could comment on is driving on either I-35 coming out of Dallas, Texas, or getting on I-40 heading west. Maybe try the TripAdvisor website for hotels in Oklahoma City. There are always a lot of reviews given which can be helpful.
