I think both Alabama and Ohio State can eat a dick. But aside from that, 1) I don't see RD throwing anyone under the bus, he said the snaps have been good so far, and suggests it might not have been all SM's fault, 2) That wasn't a perfect snap, but it wasn't on the ground or mishandled, 3) Michigan stopped that play because their DE/OLB on the right side got penetration and could have tackled JL if he had gone to that side, the other side of the line also got some penetration, so JL had no choice but to go up the middle and there wasn't anything there, 4) the RB wasn't open due the right side penetration, and 5) Michigan put a lot of men in the box to stop the run and was gutsy enough to go with man coverage on the WRs.
