I was tempted to pull the trigger on those myself, but I think the days of such all day, multi-day festivals are behind me. I just can't motivate myself to commit. If I do, I end up regretting it.

that is definitely at factor for me.  and the price and the weather chance....and Foos day doesn't have as good of lineup as the other days if I was going for a one day VIP.
