He's lucky he didn't hit anyone. Easily would have killed someone. That place is 6 stories and he just chucked the chair off of there. He'd be looking at a mandatory sentence of 3-15 years for negligent homicide. As it is, he'll probably get off with probation and alcohol/anger management treatment. Dumb SOB. Handed a second chance and can't even keep his nose clean.

"...just feet from two police officers."  Sounds like something trumped up by the press to make it be even worse than it was.  It didn't hit them and he surely wasn't aiming for them.
