NCAA might as well disband. It is totally ineffective as a ruling body.

Sadly, and it will most likely make it worse, Congress will get involved.

yep, they have a major problem and decided to react to it by removing any and all barriers for anyone to transfer. I guess we all have to play by the same rules, but this will just add to the level of corruption and influence of money.
