Mrs. Roga has inherited my clumsiness gene after all these years.
#1
She tripped over her own foot in our hallway. Fell and hit her head on the doorknob of the hall closet and banged her knee pretty hard.

She is now propped up in my recliner with an ice pack on her knee and on the goose egg knot above her left eye. Took a Naproxen Sodium.

5 years ago, before starting weightlifting & aerobics and taking a calcium supplement she would have broken something in a fall like that.  Nows she just angry at her clumsiness.

I’m now recovering from a near heart attack and putting the lens back in her glasses she knocked out hitting the doorknob with her face.

Praising the Lord the injuries weren’t any worse.

P.S. She said if I took a picture of the knot on her head that she’d kill me. Big Grin

Glad to hear it isn't worse! Prayers for her for quick healing...and, of course, putting up with you! Smile

It sure seems balance goes fast as I get older...about 2-3 times per day I find myself thinking, "that could have ended poorly".

Naproxen is great but I can't take it because it will counteract my blood pressure medicine. Getting older sucks.

Every time I catch myself or almost slip in the shower I think, "D, JD. They're gonna find me naked!"
