How old are you...45-50? I got more serious about my health soon after I retired in 2022 and started a low carb low sugar diet. A desk job for 25 years can help put on the pounds, and I got lazy. Cut my beer consumption by more than half. Lost 50 pounds. Also started walking 5-6 days a week. Up to 6 days a week now. ROGA lost a bunch of weight (more than me) and he has some good info. 

What kind of symptoms? If you'd rather not say here, I understand. Good luck though!
