I'll add one other thing, Ladd should be a 1st round pick. The ONLY knock on him (and it's significant) is his health.

Ladd's health is a legitimate reason for him to not be a first round pick. If you know anyone who has had a back injury, you know they are lifetime injuries for a lot of people.
Bowers is going to be a Gronk type superstar. He is going to make any qb he plays with look better.
