The No. 20 Georgia men's golf team stands in fifth place after the first round of the NCAA Austin Regional, carding an even-par, 284 total on Monday afternoon at the University of Texas Golf Club. Georgia is looking to advance to the NCAA Championship for the fifth-straight tournament and 26th time in program history. Georgia will tee off for the second round on hole number 10 at 9 a.m. ET on Tuesday, May 14 alongside BYU and Utah.

The University of Georgia softball team has been selected to host the 2024 NCAA Athens Regional May 17-19 at Jack Turner Stadium, the 13th NCAA Softball Regional to be held in the Classic City. The 11th-seeded Bulldogs will host Charlotte, Liberty, and UNCW in the four-team, double-elimination tournament beginning Friday, May 17. Georgia will play UNCW Friday at 5:30 p.m., ET, on ESPN+. The tournament will kick off Friday between Charlotte and Liberty at 3 p.m. on ESPN+. This is the first back-to-back regionals host for Georgia since the Bulldogs hosted three straight regionals from 2014-2016.

Georgia's Tre Phelps has been named the Southeastern Conference Baseball Player of the Week; the league announced Monday. Phelps, a 6-2, 204-pound freshman infielder/outfielder from Kennesaw, Ga., tallied an SEC best 19 total bases, four home runs, nine RBI and eight runs scored in helping the Bulldogs sweep No. 14 South Carolina in Columbia last week. In related baseball news, Georgia is a consensus top 10 team in this week's top 25 polls, checking in at No. 5 in Perfect Game, No. 6 in Baseball America, No. 9 in D1Baseball.com and No. 8 in the USA TODAY Sports Coaches. Up next, Georgia (38-12, 16-11 SEC) plays host to Florida (26-25, 11-16 SEC) starting Thursday.

Georgia's 2024-25 roster is taking shape. The Basketball Bulldogs will return five letterwinners, including starters Blue Cain, Silas Demary Jr. and Dylan James. Georgia's overall recruiting class is currently ranked No. 15 nationally by 247Sports.com and includes seven new Bulldogs – two freshmen and five transfers.

Good morning, TRD and Dawg brothers and sisters! Today is yet another gift from God! Live it according to His purposes!
John 14:6

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me."

1 Timothy 2:5-6

For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the witness for this proper time.

Acts 4:12

And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”
