I absolutely LOVED listening to Thomas Sowell BITD on the Rade-yo. He was an early mentor for a young Feral. I suppose he just made sense to me.
His logic was sound and it's strange to say but especially made stronger considering the source.

The back of the book has some pretty good insight:

I did read up on it a bit, sounds very interesting.
