Nailbiter extraordinaire!!! The Lady Dawgs and fans were absolutely elated. Meanwhile, poor ole' Liberty folk were stunned... gut-punch. I can't help but feel sorry for "the other team" when a monstrous last-second win in a monster game happens. I know that's just part of the sport. It is still a huge knuckle sandwich for the folk on the losing end. Somebody's gotta win, though, and somebody's gotta lose. I've seen it from both sides... rough to be on the losing end.

For sure. This past football season we went to watch Rockmart play in the state championship in the dome, only to lose in triple-overtime. Ouch.
