To take that a little further.  In 2008 we lost the first game of the Regional in Athens, to come back through the Loser's bracket and beat GT twice to go to the super Regional against NC State.

And even a little more to add to this.

In 2008, NC state played against SC, James Madison, and Charlotte in the Regional. This year they played against SC, James Madison, and Bryant in the Regional.
