Hasn't there been multiple breaks? I am curious about he cause. I know the infrastructure is aging, but for all those breaks to happen, something had to have occurred at a water treatment facility.

I'm shocked this happened. The people running the city of Atlanta are known for their diligence in maintaining property and systems.

Are any of these breaks in the Buckhead area? Mrs Roga and I have plans to attend a memorial service there later this week.

No.  Buckhead was not affected in any way.  Mostly downtown, but some of midtown too.
