Dollar Tree (the eye doctor place)... You can also find this, hit or miss.

I'm a pretty simple fellow, easy to please. One thing I do enjoy is snacking on pretzels once in a while. Over time I have found that the Snyder's Of Hanover Butter Snaps are pretty much Pretzel Kang. Second to them are the plain Snaps also by Snyder's Of Hanover.

Over the past year or two our local area Dollar Tree stores (yes, there are like 4 within 5 miles of me, going different directions) have been randomly stocking Snyder's Of Hanover pretzels, sometimes including Butter Snaps! They're $1.25 a bag, and they are a 9 0z. bag. The 12 oz. bags like you see in regular grocery stores sell for somewhere around $4 per bag. So, if/when I see them in Dollar Tree I load up on them. I've found that one of those green plastic hand-carry basket things can hold 7 bags.  Angel

I loaded up on them yesterday when I was shopping for my replacement reading glasses.

I’ll be honest here, I can’t stand those stores.

There is a lot in them that I have no interest nor care in buying. But, did you know that they sell greeting cards? I mean like the normal Hallmark cards, DaySpring, etc. Kroger, Walmart, Publix, etc., etc. sells greeting cards for like $5, $6, and even upwards. The very same cards (or just as nice) are $1.25 in Dollar Tree, and they have a lot to choose from.

Some candies are a good buy at $1.25 a bag (great for having treats for grandkids). There is a lot of stuff I don't care for and won't buy. But there is a lot that is really an unbeatable deal... i.e. my $1.25 reading glasses, for example.

I love those things. About the only other snacks that I like besides those are Cheez-Its (the extra cheesy version), and I like have Crunchmaster crackers with actual slices of cheese... extra-sharp... that white cheese.

But Butter Snaps not only have that great flavor, but they are the perfect size and density. They do literally "snap" when you bite into them.

I love Cheez-Its, Crunchy Cheetos and Gold Fish, I'm stopping at DT today and seeing if they have theses pretzels.  Thanks for the heads up Rockmart.

Crunchy Cheetos, too! Yes! The Snyder's pretzels at Dollar Tree are hit-or-miss. When I do find them in stock I always make sure to buy no less than 4 bags, as they do run out. But, they have seemed to be getting them fairly often, as of late. Having multiple stores in the area is also helpful, as one may run out but one of the others may have some.
