Brown some chopped bacon in a big pot, remove bacon for later, leave the fat.
Sauté celery.
Boil limas (if using fresh limas) in another pot.
Take beef stew leftovers (potatoes, beef and carrots) and throw into the main pot with bacon grease and celery. Add bacon back in if you want.
Add limas, fresh chopped zucchini and bag of frozen corn.
1 cane diced or stewed tomatoes.
2 cups chicken broth.
Half cup or so of water.
Add any other veggies you got laying around - mushrooms, okra etc.
Salt and pepper.
Bring to boil then simmer 1+ hour.
Goes real good with conebread.
