Used my Oklahoma Joe offset smoker for the first time this afternoon

Sweet peppers stuffed with venison tenderloins and cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.

Took about 50 minutes at 250 degrees to smoke them and crisp up the bacon

Delicious!
